Fields of Gold.

The last hints of Summer are disappearing from around us here in Scotland. I really wanted to capture the beauty that is the British Summer Sunset!

The hot weather is beginning to fade, and the hot days are becoming further and further apart. With Summer coming to a close, the Barley fields are at prime time for picking – Last chance to see these wonderful golden fields, actuated by the sun low in the sky. The Golden Fields of Barley really remind me of the song “Fields of Gold” sung excellently by Sting, or Eva Cassidy, depending on your generation.
